We have seen similar robust decorative columns and pillars in the surroundings of Manosque (France): solid, elegant and nicely proportionated, with stylish castings inspired from ancient designs. This decorative model (diameter 100 mm) combines elegance and strength. These classic cast columns are architectural, structural and ornamental at the same time.

These ornamental and decorative columns are ideal for large terraces or verandas, porches and balconies, pergolas, canopies, arcades. They are also very well suited for major interior renovation or decoration projects and very adequate for reclamation projects.

Please keep in mind that our cast architectural and decorative columns are nearly as robust and thus structural as traditional cast iron columns: such a column can bear a load of 8.6 tons for an height of 2.5 meters (or 14.6 tons if filled with concrete; we keep all the calculations at your disposition).

The little and very ancient town of Manosque is located in the "Alpes de Haute Provence" French department, in the middle of the Regional Park of the Luberon. It is a typical 'provencale' town, with sympathetic little squares where you can play 'petanque' in the afternoon. You will also find nice and cosy little places with shaded terraces for the unavoidable daily 'pastis'. Its narrow streets in the old city are a typical feature of the architecture of southern France.
